terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website
and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out
below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not
use or access this Website.
Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and

"Conditions" means these terms and conditions.
"Product" means a product displayed for sale on the Website.

in respect of the individual Product are provided.

and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising
out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website
using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.

with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you

products, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you.

you tick the appropriate box as you go through the registration process. You may
unsubscribe from our contact list at any time by replying to a promotional e-mail
with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line, or by contacting us on 01246 583732

Your Personal Information may be disclosed to other businesses within Midlands Co-operative
Society, Projekt Lazer and to reputable third parties who will help process your
order. We require all such third parties to treat your personal information as fully
confidential and to fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer
legislation from time to time in place. We will not release your Personal Information
to any company outside of Midlands Co-operative Society and Projekt Lazer for mailing
or marketing purposes.
You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory
or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your
Personal Information and /or User Information, we are entitled do so.
We use Cookies to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your
experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping basket at any time - if you

Purchase of Products
Orders
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep
the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on
our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures
unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the
Website.
Credit and Debit cards are debited on the day of shipping by Midlands Co-operative
Society. All prices include postage and packaging.
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in Great Britain. British law
shall govern every aspect of the contractual agreement concerning purchases made

Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order
button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process
of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
- We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have
ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take
place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you
that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
- The contract will be concluded in English.

Track your order
To check your order status, just click on the My Account link at the top of the
page, sign in and then View orders. Link to My Account.
- Order received means your order hasn't been processed yet.
- Order processing means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving
it and despatching your goods.
- Despatched means your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming
despatch. Depending on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from
us that may detail how to track your order when it has left the warehouse.
- Cancelled means your order has been cancelled us.
Cancellation of made-to-order and/or personalised products
Please note we will not be able to issue a refund to you if you want to cancel your
order after you have completed the online ordering process, and made payment. This
is due to the bespoke nature of our products. This is in compliance with the Consumer
Protection Distance Selling Regulations, Section 13(c).
Changes to made-to-order and/or personalised products
Please note we are unable to make any design or technical changes to your order
after you have completed the online ordering process, uploaded your image(s) and
made payment. This is due to the bespoke nature of our products.
Please contact us within 2 working days of placing your order if you wish to change
the quantity or type of product, and using only the original image as supplied from
your initial order.
Returns procedure
If your item is faulty or damaged, please return to us as below:
- Please contact us by phone or e-mail with full details of the faulty or damaged
item.
- We will respond to you within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) with instructions on how to return
your item.
- We will be happy to offer a replacement item or full refund in the case of damaged
or faulty items.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange
on personalised goods unless they have been damaged in transit or are faulty. We
cannot issue a refund if a product is not damaged or faulty. This is in compliance
with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations, Section 13(c).
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty,
or not as described.
Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged,
but not when a product is simply unwanted. We will only pay for return postage when
a product is faulty or damaged.
Delivery options
We only ship to the UK.
Standard delivery is £5.95 within mainland UK up to 1KG. Please contact us if your
order is likely to be above 1KG in weight.
Please add your products to the basket to get a total shipping price. Your order
will delivered to you within 14 days working days after your order has been processed.
We are sorry to say that sometimes during peak periods (ie Christmas, Valentines
Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day) there can be a delay on the standard delivery.
For this reason, at these times, we recommend that you specify a next day delivery
which is a guaranteed and trackable service.
Next day delivery
Next day delivery is £7.95 upto 1KG. We can send your order out for guaranteed
delivery the next working day between 9am and 5pm.
For this service, your order must be placed by 11.00AM GMT on a normal working day
(Mon-Fri). If you would like to do this - please select the 'Next Day' shipping
option when you check out.
Order Status - The current status of your order can be found by logging into My
Account. If you have not received your order within 14 working days of placing your
order, please contact us.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 6pm. If you
or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier
will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver.
Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
Please note 2 attempts will be made to deliver your package before it is returned
back to us.
Can you send to a different delivery address?
Yes. Please follow instructions when placing your order.
Description of Products
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out
additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation,
terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices
of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information
was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as
possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website
at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you
place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted
in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
General
Intellectual property and right to use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual
property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall
remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this
material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website
is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if
necessary to make a Purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer
hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website
is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate
any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially
exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree
to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website
and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.

we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation
to its accuracy. The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any
kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website, or any transaction
that may be conducted on or through the Website including but not limited to, implied
warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of
completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or
trade. We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will
be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that
the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents
the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible
or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through
the Website.

Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal
injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
Severance
If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall
not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of
the Conditions.
Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach
of any provision.
Survival
Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving
even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable
or unenforceable in any circumstances.
Entire Agreement
These Conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these Conditions
must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems
surrounding what Midlands Co-operative Society, Projekt Lazer and you are expected
to do. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied
on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of
these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in
this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or
negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.
Law
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England.
